By a vote of 72.4 Yes, 27.6 No, Covina voters approved Measure CC, the School Improvement Bond measure to upgrade and renovate Covina-Valley schools. While I had nothing directly to do with this measure, I was part of the school district's "Futures Council" and observed the planning for Measure CC unfold.
